Make headlines catchy
Contain your whole argument in your headline but as much as possible make it catchy to gain the attention of viewers/readers.
Don’t create long post
Don’t create long post because a long post is easier to forget and harder to get into while a short post is the opposite.
Give the maximum amount of information with the least amount of words. Blast your knowledge into short sentences.
Include bullet point lists
Bullet point list structures the info in an easily digestible format.
Make your posts easy to scan
Try to insert a sub heading in every paragraph. Make sentences and headlines short and to the point.
Make your opinion known
People want to know what people think. In your blog, tell them exactly what you think using the least amount of words possible.
Link your post
Support your post with links to other web pages that are contextual to your post. People will appreciate the links if it is connected to other ideas that you present and it will further expand their knowledge on other things.
Litter the post with Keywords
Include keywords in the body text and headers that people would use to search for your post. Make sure the keyword does not seem out of place.
Edit your post
Before you publish your post or click the submit button, re-read your post and cut out the parts that you don’t need.
